Here's a story that I have shared with only a few people. It's about
raising the dead.
Some time ago, I was in Poland, taking part in one of the early Miracle
Reunions there, as a Teacher of God. One afternoon, while returning to the
Reunion location, I heard an ambulance. It seemed to be headed exactly
towards where I was going, so I rushed along, to see whether I could help.
When I got there, I saw a man lying face down in the street, in a pool of
blood. There was a large crowd gathered, but neither the ambulance drivers
nor the crowd seemed to want to do anything. The drivers were speaking to
someone who was making stabbing motions towards his side. It seems that
the man lying in the street had been stabbed, and left to die in broad
daylight.
I backed up from the crowd, resting against a building. I was about 10
feet from the man, who was lying, face down, and seemed to have his eyes
closed. Silently, I withdrew into my mind, to the certainty that I am not
my physical body, that there is no death, that death is a choice, and a
lie, and that the Son of God is free. I stood there, with the light of
this truth shining in my mind. Then I INVITED the mind of the man lying in
the street to share this light and truth with me. That's all. I told him
that he did not have to die, and showed him that in fact, he could not
die, because his true reality is that of an eternal being. Well, that's
when the miracle happened. Slowly, the man raised his head, and turned his
gaze towards where I was standing. Covered with blood, hardly able to see
through his matted hair and blood encrusted eyes, he tried to locate me.
He couldn't see me, but he was looking for me. Now, I had not said one
word to him, and besides, I don't speak Polish. Yet, he knew where I was,
and was trying to see me. The ambulance drivers were startled back into
work, and the crowd, realizing that no one was going to die today for
their amusement, began to disperse.
The entire time that he was being put into the ambulance, he kept looking
in my direction, even as it was being driven away. I will never forget
that man.
All healing is of God. Thank you Father, for that day in Poland. And thank
you, Endeavor Academy, for raising me from my own death. Hallelujah! We
ARE Risen!
